bitaminb-3(niacin) is a vasodilator,it expands blood vessles,cb the cause of headache,,,,,takin excess b3,plus ibupfofin,conceivably fer a hangover(alcohol is broken down by liver too) can turn yer liver to shoeleather ,and maybe an antifungal
You can overdose on anything. Your taking surrounded by too much of something, stop taking them for a bit then start again.

I used to achieve migraines from taking Centrum complete. It turned out that I was allergic to one of the ingredients that made up the vitamin. I changed to One A Day and haven't have a problem.
