Will anyone please show me an illustration of the exact spot where on earth gout manifest itself within the foot?
I don't have an illustration, but only look at your foot, and it's at the first joint of your great toe, the one over the globe of your foot. Usually, that is the one that swells, and i.e. why it is so debilitating.
Gout is a congenital disorder of the uric bitter metabolism. Monosodium urate crystals are deposited in the articular cartilage of joint causing inflammation, twinge, discharge, and low grade fever. It occurs within the big toe (75% of first gout attacks will occur here) and other joint (e.g. ankle, wrist, knee, etc). It will go off in the smaller toes if maybe circulation has be compromised earlier surrounded by life due to impact injuries.
Hope that help a little.
But here is no way to predict where on earth gout should be or shouldn't be, as long as there is articular cartilage and the uric sour has built up, later you're pretty much capable of getting it .
sorry i can't draw you a picture, but it's the communal of your big toe
