Will change surrounded by diet develop eyesight?

For a long while now I own been ingestion junk and i own noticed my eyesight getting worse. Can diets effect the production of eyesight? Also what foods can i eat to add to my eyesight.
I can read text roughly speaking 1 - 4 ft infront of me quite very well but anything beyond 4m is a blurWill change surrounded by diet develop eyesight?
Why not try an eye doctor? But, yes Vitamin A (naturally occuring in vegetables- more than ever carrots) is for healthy eyesight -particularly for increasing darkness vision.
yes
yes diet + some eye exercise will distinctly improve your eyesight
I'm short-sighted (can't see long distance well) and my optician have told me that it has to do beside what you use them for, more than anything. When I was younger I spent long period of time with my obverse in a book and my eyes on a computer eyeshade (Windows 3.1 for the win!), and it has shown. They recommended to me some exercises to try and it made some difference, but not a large amount.
That said there are some studies which suggest that diet can own an impact on your eyesight - "New research, coordinated by the National Institutes of Health, found that foods rich in vitamins C and E, beta-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin may prevent cataract and macular degeneration".
Generally I would advise vigorous eating even if your eyes weren't impossible, so it can't hurt to try! And like any part of the pack of your body, your eyes need exercise to function at their hilltop.
