it might. penicillin was discovered within fungus. inform your doctor before youre prescribed it
I own a mushroom allergy and I have never have any trouble with penicillin. I do own an adverse reaction to Sulfa drugs although the two are probably completely unrelated.
However, I would mention your mushroom allergy to your GP lately to make sure it is documented.
