May abet some. My wife has fibromyalgia, and the best entity is exercise. When she doesn't swim, walk, bicycle, night light workouts, etc., the symptoms become worse. A heavy, strenuous workout is surplus to requirements. Light, limbering, stretching exercises are best.
Drugs and steroids do not work.
The hot water will be of more assist than the salt.
I am surrounded by the medical feild and have worked below a great physcian that specializes in fibro. Epsom brackish soaks can help. Do this contained by a warm to hot hip bath. Epsom salt also help your body by detoxing heavy metals.

Epsom salt can help if you aren't allergic to sulfur. They also contain magnesium and most folks with fibromyalgia give somebody a lift magnesium supplements to stop the muscle cramping symptom. All of that needs to be taken into consideration past trying them.
