So if you enjoy sex with someone a month ago and you're tested very soon it could be negative but within October could be positive. It's a slow growing organism.

it adjectives depends if the test be done in the accurate time frame/ be told no sex for 6 months then try-out would be 100%accurate/ and it is important to check annually if a soul is sexually active/only if the test be done proper the first time and no other partners than the one yr near and they have no other partner / viola/no stds
