Why don't I get the impression hungry when I'm in poor health?

When I get sick I don't get through, I have to force myself to get through otherwise I tend to fast for 2 daysWhy don't I get the impression hungry when I'm in poor health?

Because you feel tired when your sicked.
most culture aren't hungry when they're ill, but you inevitability to eat to gain your strenght rear up to par.
yeah, i know the feeling. i dream up your body just is focusing on other stuff, or you're tired and don't deem about drinking
