Why does my ear hurts when i articulate more than 5min on the cell phone? Is it insanitary? and what to do?

You might be pressing the phone too hard to your team leader, or is the volume set too high? Microwave shields (previous answer) may or may not be the answer, depending on how much time you're in actual fact spending on the phone.
You are probably just pressing contained by too hard. Other than the demonstrable issues of talking on the phone while driving or operating saw blades nearby are no real scientifc links to cell phone use and diseases.

It could be that your eardrum is damaged or you enjoy some sort of damage inside your ear, which is self agitated by the sound breakers.
Have a doctor do an ear canal inspection to gross sure there is no bleeding or anything.
