Mononucleosis is caused by the Epstein-Barr virus. As near all viral infections sweets should be avoided. Sweets tend to perform as a immunosuppressant, and hinder the bodies resources to heal.
Also next to some cases of mono, a person can develop splenomegaly, or an enlarged spleen. The spleen not simply removes old red blood cell from our circulation but also aids the stomach in digestion. Too tons sweets can make this concern worse.
Rest is one of the best treatments for mononucleosis. Eating sweets causes rises surrounded by our blood sugar and when not engaging within activity to burn these excess sweets, complications can develop similar to diabetes.
