Why one will can not control urine( pee) when they sleep ?

My husband just have hart attack he is 37 years old and they found diabetes and cholestrol within his system . he was ok consequently suddenly yesterday he pee ( urine) in our fruitless and did not even know about it do u regard it has any relationship beside his hart attack or diabetes or his physical conditonWhy one will can not control urine( pee) when they sleep ?

Ask him not cart water formerly sleeping and he must urinate before going to bed. If bed wet continues for more than a week, just consult your doctor...
