When you're diabetic, you have extra sugar circulating through your body surrounded by your blood. Over time, this excess sugar causes injure to the inside lining of blood vessel. Because of the damage, copious diabetics have impair circulation.
When our body works to heal any type of wound, it sends extra blood that path so that the wound can get extra oxygen. As a diabetic near a wound, there is decrease blood flow due to the damaged vein, and therefore smaller quantity blood & oxygen supplied to the wound which leads to an increased restorative time as well as an increased karma of the wound continuing to grow.
