i discovered my boyfriend was have a affair over a year ago, he said the affair was over and i have got tested for adjectives the stds and thought i was fine and we resumed our relationship and moved contained by together, well i started have alot of pelvic and back discomfort, so i went to the dr and discovered he give me 2 stds and my infection is so bad i could lose my womanly organs, as it turns out he did not end his affair beside this married woman who sleeps around alot, my question is can i press charges on him for lying and knowley putting my form at risk?A ? more or less stds?
Unfortunately no, you can not sue him. You willingly have sex with him (even if you didn't know he have something). So, you are technically half to blame because you have sex with him eagerly.
I would highly suggest you confer on him though. I personally quality, once a cheater, always a cheater. If he loved you as much as he said he did he would hold never gone outside of the marriage and he wouldn't enjoy jeopardized your health. Find a man who will treat you right and won't tell stories and cheat on you.
