This is not a good examine that's not enough to budge on. It could be a stroke with majority blood gas and abnormal D-Dimer. Or it could be mundane everything and low blood sugar. Cold be metabolic alkalosis and they are hyperventilating to compensate.
If it is all due to hyperventilation, the blood gas would be mild resp. alcholosis. The character is blowing off adjectives their CO2.(acidic component of ABG's.)
