I just found out that adjectives my lymph nodes around my liver are enlarged and was told to shift see my primary doctor and get a liver function exam and some more blood work done. Should I be concerned? What could be the cause of this?Abnormal Cat Scan?
I hold never heard of lymph nodes around the liver, but it is possible...did they check you for hepatitis?
You could own some sort of liver infection or maybe even hepatitis. Of course, rule out the latter if you haven't done anything which would infect you next to the hepatitis virus.
Try not to worry just about it though, if it's an infection it could be easily treated.
It is a situation of great concern. You should immediately see a gastro enterologist.
