3 year hoary next to a impulsive and a dry cough?

My 3 year old developed a dry cough two days ago and have just woken up incredibly grouchy and upset and itchy. WE looked to see what he was itching at as he have a very vastly mild eczma and he has a imprudent appeared on his legs arms and belly. It looks a bit like a stinging nettle impulsive but has big red patched arond it - I don`t know because he is itching
Any ideas what it is?
A couple of weeks ago his friend be here playing and a couple days later he developed chicken pox but I cannot find any pics on network that look like his reckless as all pics are ably developed chicken pox

By far, the most common produce of rash surrounded by toddlers is viral rash. It can look pretty awful, but it is benign and resolves on its own. Why are you on Q&A trying to find an answer you should bring the child to the doctor immediately. Don't verbs he won't think you are an over-protective mum, he will guess better safe than sorry! Hope he is better soon!
